Roberts: Robben So My Inspiration
Coming to the game against Bayern Munich, Celtic Glasgow winger Patrick Robert admitted that he was inspired by Arjen Robben.
The loan player from Manchester City is one of the most important players in Brendan Rodgers’ squad, and he sets a high target in his career, and intends to follow the career path undertaken by the player.
“Players like him have worked hard in training sessions for years. That is the reason why, they can continue to exist on the world’s greatest football stage, “the 20-year-old told reporters.
“I hope someday, I can be one of those players. But I have to keep practicing my technique. ”
“I always enjoy the way he gets into the penalty box, and shoots.”
“I tried to imitate it, get into the penalty box and shoot like him. He’s been doing that since he was at Chelsea, and I’m a kid. “
Cambiasso retired from the world of football
Former Inter midfielder Esteban Cambiasso has now retired from professional football and is expected to become sporting director.
Cambiasso’s contract with Olympiakos has expired in the summer, and Spanish news agency EFE reports that he has completed a course at Coverciano coaching school, which allows the 37-year-old to manage a young team and help top clubs.
However, the Persian press believes Cambiasso will pursue a higher role in a club.
The Argentine-born player started his career with Real Madrid in 1996, before spending four years returning home with Independiente and River Plate.
Cambiasso returned to Los Blancos in 2002, winning La Liga once, but he is famous for his 10th career with Inter, where he plays more than 400 times and lifts five Scudetto, as well as one Champions League.
He spent the last three years of his playing career with Leicester City and Olympiacos, while he represented Argentina in 52 occasions, including at the 2006 World Cup.
